Midland Two Way Radios good for 20 mile range? - two way radios

I have a company where my employees are all over the city, Midland two-way radios have a range of 26 miles, or the packaging, it is located. I wonder whether it would cover a distance of 20 miles communicate well with the employees?

The only way to get this kind of offer in a city is to use a repeater in a building on a hill or high. The best way to achieve this is through a local store 2-way radio, the service offers. You pay only for access, but you have to deal with a licensed frequency, installation and maintenance of an infrastructure on top of a hill, to pay the rent, etc. If you have an alternative cell phones is to keep the company what they describe P2T (push to talk "), to cell phone service. Your employees use cell phones like walkie-talkies, and the touch of a button. Once again, you must pay for this service, but you will pay one way or another, no matter which direction we go.

Only under optimal conditions in the desert, mountains or other objects from the signal path. You may receive 4.5 miles to reach the city.
